From seeing the world, to selling it I moved to Georgetown, TX in 2002, heeding the call of God…through government orders that were handed to me by the Army! At the time, I was a Military Intelligence officer coming back from serving almost 4 years in Germany with two deployments under my belt. I expected to finish off my commitment to the Army, marry my college sweetheart and then get a decent job wearing anything but the color green! However, God had different plans for me and a few months after marrying Autumn, I deployed with the 4th Infantry Division and my commitment to active duty was automatically extended. While sitting in one of Saddam Hussein's bombed out palaces in Baghdad, God began to grow a desire in my heart to pursue a career in Real Estate. In October 2003, I finished my online classes and turned in my license for worldwide travel for a license to practice real estate in the state of Texas! The reason people hire me Real estate was not a natural progression for me if you look at my educational background. I graduated from the University of Rochester with a major in Public Health and a minor in Legal Studies. Unlike my wife, who graduated Cum Laude with a Pharmacy Doctorate, I squeaked by school and couldn't wait to sink my teeth into the "real" working world. Through my military service, I have been fortunate to learn the life lessons of leadership, integrity, and responsibility that I wouldn't have learned from reading a textbook. When you are entrusted with millions of dollars of equipment, classified information and the very lives of soldiers, you will learn fast! My clients don't hire me for my educational background, they hire me because they know I will treat the purchase or sale of their home as if it were my own. Unlike many agents who practice real estate and have rarely had to relocate, I have called many places home in addition to Georgetown, Texas: California, Maryland, Virginia, Tennessee, Massachusetts, Arizona, Louisiana, New York and even various cities in Germany. This has given me the ability to prepare and guide others through a very emotional and sometimes overwhelming experience. Whether the distance is 10 miles within Georgetown or 1000 miles across the country, I've helped many clients call Georgetown home and I want to help you too!

Working With An Agent >An Inspired Real Estate Agent
Sometimes a good real estate agent may remind you of a favorite aunt who is always trying to fix up her single nieces or nephews with her friends' sons or daughters. She really gets inspired when her efforts result in a great marriage. Real estate agents match prospective buyers with the perfect home for their family--and when it works, they feel terrific! And more important, their buyers and sellers feel terrific.
Sellers often have a strong attachment to a home that holds many memories for them. It is important for them to know that the new buyers will love it, too. While any sale can potentially become complicated and difficult, problems seem to work themselves out more easily if you have started out on a positive note. This is one important reason why agents work hard to maintain a good rapport between the parties involved in every transaction.
